HR Manager
in the HR department in Enschede
Short job description of the work sphere:
The HR Manager supports the Head/Chief with all HR topics in the described gamut of operations. Amongst the tasks there are activities in the area of recruitment, on-boarding, talent management, performance management, rewards cycle and bonus structure and pay out, promotion, employee engagement, grievance handling, introduction of global priorities such as global grading, engagement survey etc.
Your role:
The main purpose of the role is to lead the people and organisation agenda for R&D in Europe. To lead the HR Processes end-to-end with the broad objective of enhancing service levels of HR within the perimeter of the organisation’s overall HR strategy and plan.
Job and educational requirements, experience and skills:
- Masters in Economics, Law, Business or HR
- Minimum of 6 years of experience
Knowledge of:
- Recruitment methods and latest thinking on development
- Performance management
- Rewards
- Change management experience and knowledge
- Organisation development
- Employment law (ideally international)
- Dutch, English and German language

Travel Requirements:
This role covers total R&D organisation in Europe (Enschede and Raunheim). The role is based out
of Enschede. Travel is required for 10% of the time.
